This grand custom project was created for a man’s birthday - a true statement piece designed and engineered entirely by our team. The cake features a fully calculated internal structure, elegant gold ornaments, velvet-textured coating, delicate wafer flowers, and isomalt crystals. The highlight of the design is a handcrafted fondant crown adorned with golden details and shimmering isomalt gems - a symbol of craftsmanship, luxury, and celebration.

This cake was a deeply personal and symbolic project, created in celebration of Ukraine’s Independence Day. It reflects my roots, love for my homeland, and the pride I feel for my country.Designed in my signature style, the cake featured traditional Ukrainian ornaments and flowers - sunflowers, poppies, and cornflowers; along with a top tier inspired by the embroidered patterns of a vyshyvanka, a timeless symbol of our culture. The highlight of the piece was a chocolate sculpture of the Statue of Independence of Ukraine. I first created a 3D model of the statue, then used it to make a custom silicone mold, which allowed me to cast the final chocolate figure.Every element - from the clay-jug-inspired details to the hand-painted ornaments - carries a part of my soul. This cake is more than a creation; it’s a tribute to Ukraine’s beauty, heritage, and spirit of freedom.

This photoshoot was created for the cover of a Ukrainian magazine, and I wanted to bring to life one of my long-held dreams - a grand art project centered around a cake. The cake itself wasn’t edible, but it became the heart of the entire visual composition. I designed and engineered it together with an architect to achieve the perfect balance of scale, form, and emotion. For me, cake-making has never been only about taste - it’s about creating a complete visual story, an atmosphere that evokes feeling. A cake can be small or monumental, simple or complex, what truly matters is the meaning and emotion behind it. This project became proof that pastry can also be art.

This cake holds a special place in our hearts - it was created for a photoshoot for Modern Luxury Weddings magazine. It was a beautiful project where we introduced a new technique of edible flowers, blending art and pastry into one vision. We truly loved the composition created by the design team - our cake looked like a museum exhibit. We’re proud of the result and deeply grateful to everyone involved.

This project wasn’t about anything grand or over the top - but it was truly special to us.The bride came up with the entire concept herself, including the cake design, and she was an absolute dream client. We loved her creative approach and enjoyed every moment of bringing her vision to life.It turned out to be one of our favorite projects - beautiful, elegant, and filled with perfect communication and mutual inspiration.Seeing the bride’s happiness made it all even more rewarding. 🤍✨

This project was truly special - an idea that had been with me for a long time finally came to life (Sofiya Moroz). The concept was inspired by the coral reef, full of elegance, depth, and oceanic beauty. The mermaid bride in this story was me - surrounded by a cake shaped like coral formations and mini desserts resembling delicate white seashells, created to convey the feeling of marine luxury and softness. We even designed a custom shell-shaped chair exclusively for this shoot. The photoshoot was made for Chicago Wedding Magazine, and it remains one of my favorite artistic projects. At Brûlée, such stylized shoots bring true creative joy - they let us express beauty through art and connect with new magazines, clients, and inspiring people. 🤍✨
